How are they different from Envision Glasses?
Envision Glasses (built on Google Glass) are fully self-contained, with on-device processing. This allows more offline functions but makes them heavier with shorter battery life.Ally Solos Glasses work in sync with your phone, where all processing happens. This makes them lighter and gives them a longer battery life.
What is the return policy?
You can return your Ally Solos Glasses within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.
Can I use my Ally Solos Glasses silently?
Yes. You can create custom shortcuts for tasks like describing scenes or scanning text, and activate them directly from your glasses — no speaking required.
Can I use my Ally Solos Glasses without a subscription?
Absolutely. Your pre-order includes a 1-year Ally Pro subscription. After that, you can continue using Ally Solos Glasses with the free version of Ally. The Pro subscription is entirely optional and only needed if you want access to our most advanced features.
